हे नींदको जीतनेवाले अर्जुन सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंके आदि, मध्य तथा अन्तमें भी मैं ही हूँ और प्राणियोंके अन्तःकरणमें आत्मरूपसे भी मैं ही स्थित हूँ ॥
English
I am the Self, O Gudakesha, seated in the heart of all beings. I am the beginning, the middle, and the end of all beings.
श्लोक का अर्थ
Krishna says he lives within every being as the inner self and is present at every stage of existence: beginning, middle, and end.

On the battlefield, Arjuna asks to hear more of Krishna’s divine manifestations. Krishna answers that he is not distant: he dwells in the heart of every being and is present at every stage of life, from origin to completion.
