सब जगह अपने स्वरूपको देखनेवाला और ध्यानयोगसे युक्त अन्तःकरणवाला योगा अपने स्वरूपको सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंमें स्थित देखता है और सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंको अपने स्वरूपमें देखता है ॥
English
The one united in yoga sees the true self in all beings and all beings in the true self, seeing everything with equal vision.
श्लोक का अर्थ
A person steady in meditation sees the same inner self present in every living being, and sees every living being within that same self.

Krishna is still teaching Arjuna on the battlefield, where fear and division are everywhere. After describing the settled meditator, he now shows the deeper vision that meditation reveals: one who is united in yoga sees the same self in every being and every being in that same self.
