मायाके द्वारा अपहृत ज्ञानवाले, आसुर भावका आश्रय लेनेवाले और मनुष्योंमें महान् नीच तथा पापकर्म करनेवाले मूढ़ मनुष्य मेरे शरण नहीं होते । ९ ॥
English
The deluded, the lowest among people, the wrongdoers, and those whose understanding has been stolen by the veil do not turn to me. They take refuge in a shadowed nature instead.

People who are deeply confused, morally corrupt, and trapped by the veil do not turn toward the divine. They lean into a destructive nature instead.
